The fine arts have been part of Kenjillen’s life since she was a little girl. Being a self-taught artist, she focused on analyzing details and matching the various styles and viewpoints of artists throughout history to inform her own work. She constantly pushes herself to try new styles while firmly placing her artwork in a world of whimsy and fantasy.
Currently, Kenjillen is working on a collection focusing on finding new inspiration with every piece, through the colors and titles of paint swatches. These tiny illustrations display an artistic journey of exploration and imagination.
MUSIC
Growing up in a musical family, it was natural for Kenjillen to fall into becoming a musician. Primarily studying classical piano, and later on learning other styles like jazz or pop, she dived into finding her passion and started creating her own viewpoint in music. After aquiring her associates degree in classical piano performance, she quickly switched gears to earning her bachelors of music in composition for film and media. Her style ranges from sweeping orchestral scores, to modern pop, but her love of music guides her into exploring new musical techniques and sounds daily.
